These boots were made for walking?

Timothy got his first pair of shoes. We figure since it is getting cold he needed to have something. Jer found the cutest boots for him. Kids grow so fast so we bought them to big. Unfortunately, they are so big they fall off and he spends more time having them put back on then he does wearing them. Maybe when he's walking and their is snow on the ground they will fit better.
