A Fun Date

Jer participated in a fund raiser at work and bought us a scenic plane ride around Tricities. He bought it for our anniversary, but we decided to wait until the weather was warmer to go. In June my wonderful visiting teacher watched all three of our kids and we enjoyed a great day! Jer got to fly the plane. He did a great job! We flew over our house. It was fun to see it from a birds eye view.After the plane ride we went to Monterosso's for lunch. It's an Italian place in an old train car. Very fun and a great place to go with no kids! Thanks Jer for such a fun date! We're thinking we might actually go farther for our next anniversary trip. We've been saving coins in a jar since we got married for a cruise. Alaska sounds nice!
