Holidays Part 1

Somehow November came and went and I didn't take any pictures of the most exciting things. Jer's Uncle, Aunt, and cousin came to visit us for Thanksgiving. We bought a Christmas present early (a projector) so we could watch Thanksgiving football on a big screen. Our upstairs room is basically a theater room. We are all enjoying it.

In December we went to Idaho for an early Christmas with Jer's family. We saw every temple in Idaho on our trip. We didn't actually stop in Twin Falls, but we could see the temple from the road. Hopefully we will get to stop next time.

We saw family in Boise, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and went to visit friends in Rexburg as well. Jer was invited to speak at a forum in Rexburg. Because of his connections he was also able to get an exclusive tour of the new building. I enjoyed visiting my old boss at the bookstore and having lunch with a good friend. It's amazing how much Rexburg has changed. All the family friendly places they have now look so fun!

We spent a few nights in Idaho Falls. The kids enjoyed some down time and having Christmas with Grandpa and Grandma. Daniel got a super soft outfit. It magically ends up in his drawer at least twice a week. Christine got some my little pony tails (as she calls them) and a really cute dress. Tim got a Toy Story Woody action figure that has a pull string and talks. We went to the Idaho Falls Temple visitors center. We also got my wedding ring cleaned. It was looking pretty dull.
Our next Christmas was with Grandma Cookie. Even Uncle Tom got to be there for the party. Grandma Cookie treated everyone to Outer Limits. They have all sorts of games and a large play area for young kids. Jer enjoyed playing laser tag with his siblings and mom. We all enjoyed bowling with Uncle Tom. We earned a few tickets for prizes. Uncle Tom was nice enough to win a bunch of tickets for us too and the kids both ended up getting to pick a fun prize.
The kids all got pjs from Cookie. As seen in the picture. I am spoiled to have the best of both worlds since I have boys and a girl. The boys got matching sweater vests and Christine got a cute dress to match.
On Sunday after going to church with Cookie, Pop John and Granma Carolyn we headed to GGs house for the Webster Christmas party. It was fun to see everyone again and catch up. Christine still talks about how she sang happy birthday to Jesus at GGs house.
On our way home we stopped in Boise at the temple. To bad Jer was taking the picture and not in it. You can tell Christine has car hair, but it's still a cute picture.
Then we went to Cabella's. Anytime their is a
Cabellas we stop. Tim bought a cowboy hat with his Christmas money and Christine got a fox with magnets in it's paws.

We stayed the night with Jer's great Uncle Leon in Meridian. His sheep had lambs right before we came. The kids loved holding the lambs and riding on the tractor with Uncle Leon. Jer and I also got to go tour the scentsy factory. Something about him being Orville's father gives him the privilege to take people on tours like that.
